Knowledgeable staff, FANTASTIC location just next door to close enough to walk into town, town centre and the lakeside. Relaxed by the pool, it was nice, especially when the weather was lovely.

Everything was perfect, responsive stuff, beautiful location short walk to the lakeside, lakeside eateries, town centre. Spacious bedroom, comfortable stay, late check-out.

The hotel was fully equipped, clean, in a good area. I stayed here before, always warm and reasonably large rooms. And the bed was exceptionally comfortable. My stay was quite comfortable, and the entire staff were dismissive. I liked the great pool too.

I liked the hotel! Everything was good, and it had good wi-fi. Central location, at a near distance from Wanaka War Memorial. It was set in a very quiet area. My room was well-appointed, warm and I met amicable staff, I had helpful communication.

I would recommend it, our stay here was splendid. Very good value for money, amazing beds and the staff is courteous. Location is quiet, within walking distance of Lake Wanaka Hike.

The reception was nice-looking and neat. The stuff was very helpful, perfect service. We got well-kept room with a fan in each room that would have been perfect. The outdoor restaurant was magnificent, they served lovely food...

The breakfast was light and the room was cool. I got free upgrade and liked it. Got absolutely beautiful views. Incredibly comfortable location just a short walk away from that wanaka tree. Outstandingly accommodating staff, easy check-in.
The bed was a little firm, unfortunately.

Even the Queenstown airport was not so far. Located within a walk to Lake Wanaka, which is about 1000 feet away. We enjoyed our stay...
